Breakfast Shake
This is a great breakfast or meal replacement shake using WPC+ and few other healthy ingredients.

Ingredients
- 30 gram serve (1 scoop) of WPC+ Creamy Vanilla
- 250 mL low fat milk or another milk alternative
- 100 mL of water
- 1/2 cup frozen berries (any type)
- 1 Tbsp. rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- Add a few ice cubes for extra chill
Method
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Enjoy!
