Choc Banana Shake
A tasty after workout refuel smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 scoop of WPI Classic Chocolate
- 250mL of low fat milk or another milk alternative
- 100mL of water (chilled is best)
- 1/3 - 1/2 a Banana (fresh or frozen)
- 3-4 ice cubes
Method
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix. Enjoy!
