Choc Banana Shake
A tasty after workout refuel smoothie
Ingredients
  • 1 scoop of WPI Classic Chocolate
  • 250mL of  low fat milk or another milk alternative
  • 100mL of water (chilled is best)
  • 1/3 - 1/2 a Banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 3-4 ice cubes
Method
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix. Enjoy!
