This is your standard mix for WPI. Perfect for after a workout or when you need a snack at work or on the run. Simply shake or blend and you are good to go!
Ingredients
  • 1 scoop of WPI
  • 300mL of chilled water 
  • Add a few ice cubes for extra chill
Method
